The Curves circuit combines a cardiovascular workout with strength
training, plus stretching, to build lean muscle tissue, boost
metabolism and burn fat. The result for most women is more energy,
and fewer inches and pounds.
Curves works at all fitness levels. With our hydraulic equipment, the harder you work, the greater the resistance like trying to run in a swimming pool!
You work out at your own pace. Because you only spend 30 seconds on each station, before moving to the next station, there is no time to get bored. And no need to change weights or fiddle with seat heights. Watched over by qualified staff, you should achieve results you could only previously have wished for.
Curves also provide our own unique, optional, Weight Management Programme, which introduces the end of dieting as we know it. In a 6 week challenge, led by qualified and experienced facilitators, you will learn how to eat a healthy, varied diet that revs your metabolism. At your goal weight you are able to eat 2,000 to 2,500 calories a day. This is an eating plan that you can stick with and provides Permanent Results without Permanent Dieting.
