Our female fitness coaches are fully trained, friendly and supportive. They provide on-going training and motivation to help members achieve their goals. Like having your own personal trainer!
We also keep an eye on your progress with a monthly weigh and measure, providing you with a printed confidential report on your progress towards your goals.

At the "Blackwater Valley" clubs, we publish our own monthly members newsletter Curvesmopolitan. It provides advice on healthy living, club news and fun spots.
